3,000 Square Foot Basement Renovation

When the Clients contacted me they explained that they recently purchased the home.  They further explained that the home has a very large unfinished basement that they would like to finish.  The basement was nearly 3,000 square feet with a high ceiling and large windows at the rear wall overlooking the beautiful grass yard and wooded landscape.  The design I created included everything the Clients were seeking - custom home theater, game area, bar, living room with fireplace, kitchen with island, laundry room, two bedrooms, bathroom and ample closet space.

Materiality: Hardwood flooring, stone, wood finishes, porcelain tile.
